Anna Benini is an organizational psychologist. She has gained consolidated experience in the HR field in important European and American multinational companies, also abroad. Anna has extensive experience in M&A, Turnaround and Reorganizations in the main European countries. She is an expert in Talent Management, Recruitment and L&OD. After a trip to Silicon Valley, she becomes passionate about the digital world, technology and Start-ups and she decided to found one to help Working Caregivers in better conciliating personal and professional life. Thus she has begun her discovery of lean models, startups' ecosystem, venture world and began to apply the concepts to corporate business successfully.
Anna is a mentor at the Founder Institute, she has participated in various contest in the field of startups and acceleration processes.
Since 2019 she has been operating as a fractional Executive HR for various investment funds and companies of different sizes.
She holds a degree in Organizational Psychology, a specialization in Strategic Human Resources at the Ecornell University, in Change Management at the MIT in Boston and a Global Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi.
